Very satisfied with Premier Roofing from the initial estimate through the final installation. Met with one of the partners who was extremely professional and honest who took the time to go over a few options for me. I decided to opt for a full removal of the existing roof shingles and installation of new asphalt shingles. We also had 4 skylights installed to replace older ones. The job was done in one day by the crew who was supervised by Juan. He was the consumate professional and so very well mannered throughout the project and kept everything moving along. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for roofing services. Ask for Juan if he is available. He is a gem and will ensure your job is done the way you want it. ~ Mark G

Premier Roofing did an exceptional job on our roof. Kai Sabada came and not only gave us the best quote but thoroughly explained all that needed to be down, products used and answered all our questions. He didn't do a rushed 15/ 20 minute quote and just leave. Kai Sabada has been an active participant from start to finish. He does other improvements as well. Anyone needing a home improvement done with excellence, needs to reach out to him. He will definately be on my speed dial for our next project. No need to look any further! Premier Roofing and Remodeling just finished a complete tear off and roof replacement at the Athens Township Volunteer Fire Co. Adam was our contact person and he was great to work with on this project. Willie was the foreman of the crew and he and his crew were very considerate and accommodating, even doing things they really didn't need to. As they were doing a fire station, they made sure the trucks were always accessible. I've had experience with other contractors in the past, but I haver never worked with a better bunch. I would highly recommend this Company, not only for their workers, but also their workmanship, their attention to detail, their promptness, and their price. Would I hire them again...YES. It’s so nice when you are familiar with the person (Kevin) you are working with when it comes to your home. Your house is one of the biggest investments you make in your lifetime. I can be very meticulous. Kevin listen to me wants and gave me a few options. Kevin was very patient with my decision making. I decided to do the entire house roof, not just the addition. The job went very smoothly and I was sent pictures through out the process. They really went above and beyond. The premises was clean of any debris. Premier roofing crew delivered the result beautifully. I recently received an email that Premier was expanding to include gutters. I am getting a quote for gutters now. I had my roof redone in the fall of 2019. Rick was my salesman and was extremely knowledgeable, thoughtful, fair and had excellent communication. His quote was far lower than another’s I received. It was the end of October and the weather was awful. His crew worked from sun up to nightfall to get the wok completed in 3 days. They left my property in perfect condition, removing all old shingles, plastic wrap and trash. They were considerate and left my shrubs intact. My roof was not easy. My house has a very steep roof with multiple sky lights. I couldn’t be happier. I am scheduled this year to have my house sided with cement board and look forward to the crew returning. Great people! Very professional in all aspects from making the appointment for the representative to come see me,checked the roof out. Measured, explained everything to me. ,Set up the time for installation, the guys were right on time,set up tools and went right to work, did a beautiful job. When finished they picked of everything, never k own they had been here except for my new beautiful ,Hunter Green metal roof.Have gotten lots of compliments and always tell them Premier Roofing did the job.amd if you need a a new roof they are the ones to call. This was the 1st time I need to have a roof installed so I wasn't sure what to expect. I called around to several places and most of them couldn't even come look at my roof to give an estimate for months and I had a leak so I needed it done quickly. From the time I called to schedule an appointment for an estimate and spoke with Moe until the roof was finished was nothing but complete professionalism! I am very impressed with how quickly they were able to come out and replace my house roof. It only took them 1 day to replace my house roof and my garage roof! From start to finish they did a beautiful job! Their estimate representative Kai was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and honest. We were lucky enough that with only one layer of shingles on our roof we did not need an entire tear off but the roof did need to be completely repaired. They were honest at the shingles that we had on hand were good and could be used for the job. Between the estimate and the actual roof repair was less than a week and the actual repair only took one day! The job looks beautiful and I have peace of mind that during the next big storm I roof will not leak! It was also such a great relief that they offer financing for us that cannot afford a repair so big out of pocket. Their office representative Megan was also so very friendly and helpful throughout the whole process! I'm very happy that we went with premier roofing! ~ Nicole H

Very pleased with our experience with the company. Adil gave us all the options and listened to our requests, helped us tremendously with choosing the right skylights and saved us a lot of money by finding the ones we really needed. Very professional and very quick to reply when we had questions. Ethan did his best in scheduling the installation, and the job was done only in two days, though our roof is pretty big. Absolute pleasure dealing with Premier roofing. Right from the start, returning phone calls and dealing with any issues that came up. They always did the right thing. They took extra steps to make sure our roof got put on in February. (Clearing snow days before) As far as workmanship they roof came out beautifully. They were done in a few days. Even down to the last day they came through and cleaned up. Job site was spotless when they left. Being in the building trades myself I have high expectations. From initial phone call to finished product, a great experience. Very professional operation and responsive communications. A customized quote in a binder produced on-site in his truck by the estimator (Kevin)? Who does that?!? A mailed thank you card for the order? Who does that?!? Premier did both BTW. I am *very* happy with the price, quality of material, and work crew. They did the whole job on my barn in one day; cleaned up afterward and wouldn't even know they were there (except for my beautiful new roof). Premier Roofing finished our roof 2 days ago, and we could not be happier! The estimator, Adil, was great and very knowledgeable. We'd spoken to 2 or 3 companies before Premier, but none of them gave us the insight or the good feeling that we received from Adil and the rest of the Premier crew. The crew arrived early in the morning (on the day they said they would), and they never stopped working. Our roof was completed that same day, and the crew stayed here cleaning up until dark. Very little trash from the old roof remained - just a few scraps the the guys probably did not see in the evening light. We appreciated their extra care with items and landscaping lights around the house, making sure everything was out of harm's way before tearing off the old roof layers. I absolutely recommend Premier Roofing to anyone in need of this service. Thank you Adil and everyone at Premier for making our home look like new! We are really happy. ~ Robin W

After 6 estimates and study of the product and ability to handle my Structures needs, the choice was easy. Kevin's evaluation of the roof, attic, garage, overhangs and an estimate that was clear. The drone footage was a great assist. The Village Code Office made it clear no roof over allowed. The trepidations of metal are gone. Great look and product. The crew was exceptional and addressed concerns with great professionalism from clean up thru special need. We would recommend Premier Roofing to anyone, and especially Adil, who steered us in the right direction on our project. His honesty and integrity were obvious to us and everything he told us turned out to be true. The whole crew worked together as professionals. They worked on my 200 year old house as if it was a swiss watch, everything to perfection. I found Premier Roofing to be a very sophisticated, well oiled running machine. Everyone from the initial sales person who conducted the first on site visit to the construction crew, and to management were incredibly friendly and responsive to all my questions and concerns. They even provided aerial footage of the new roof construction and completion for us. These days it is hard to find such quality workmanship as that provided by Premier. I would recommend Premier Roofing! The estimate was on par with others and the products they used are solid. Roof warranty is also wonderful! A huge crew showed up and completed it in a day. Kai was our contact person and is quite knowledgeable and did the inside detail work on our skylight and it looks great! Meghan was our office contact and she was phenomenal :) We did have a few things that communications were delayed on, but in the end the roof and everything got done and we are pleased with it! ~ Jessica M

Premier roofing is an excellent company. My experience with them was definitely 5-star. Very professional, on-time, reliable, and reasonably priced. They also back their work, as I had a piece of skylight flashing come loose nearly a year after Premier installed a metal roof on my house, and they sent a roof technician within a week to make the repair. We replaced a shingle roof with a metal one from Premier. They did a great job of installing, and inspecting the roof decking. Their clean up was amazing! They made sure that the area was pristine! The crew was friendly and worked rather than chatting their time away. The new metal roof was on in no time. We were informed of areas that needed additional tlc and they were able to take care of it. Overall a good experience with the installation. In regard to the sales crew, we had our first salesperson no show, and I had to call and find that out. The second one, who was able to come the next day, did a great job with the estimate. The concern was the follow through communication. Things that he stated he would call me about the next day, I ended up calling several days later to get the answers. He was good at communicating when the crew was on the job and questions needed answered. The office staff was phenomenal!! They were responsive to questions and kept us informed of changes regarding crew arrival time. ~ Tracy F

I highly recommend Premier; they do outstanding work. We had a multi-component job: 3 layers of old roofing to tear off, decommissioned chimney stack to drop, and the need for new gutters. Premier was able to make all that happen and the job was completed quickly, cleanly, and professionally. The new roof looks amazing. The crew from Premier roofing were completely professional and skilled. The crew leader kept me informed during the 2 days process, and Ethan, the office coordinator was excellent at keeping the ball rolling as we waited for the weather to give us the break we needed to get this large ( 2,700 sq. ft. log cabin, and 3 barn/ storage structures) job rolling. This company is excellent and highly recommended. We found ourselves in a situation after another roofer we hired left us high and dry with part of a roof removed. Because we were in such dire straits, this company was generous toward us by moving around their schedule so they could immediately assist us. They showed up a couple of days after our initial meeting and with a large crew, finished our entire roof in one day.
